POSITION: The Commercial Formulas Product Data Manager will oversee the management and translation of customer-provided syrup formulas into DrinkPAK’s batching standards, ensuring accuracy and alignment with quality benchmarks across multiple production sites. This individual will play a key role in developing and maintaining detailed batching instructions, ensuring clarity for the production team while maintaining DrinkPAK’s high-quality standards. Additionally, they will track, manage, and update syrup formula data, ensuring accurate record-keeping and organized documentation. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a focus on precision and continuous improvement.
LOCATION: The position is fully on-site, based at DrinkPAK's headquarters in Santa Clarita, California. The Commercial Formulas Product Data Manager will report to the Chief of Staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the management of customer-provided syrup formulas, ensuring they are accurately translated into DrinkPAK’s batching standards.
- Collaborate with Business Development and Commercialization teams to ensure formulations are commercially viable and aligned with manufacturing capabilities.
- Develop and maintain detailed and precise batching instructions for each syrup formula, ensuring clarity and consistency. Work closely with production teams to ensure these instructions are easily implemented during manufacturing.
- Track, manage, and update syrup formula data, ensuring accurate and organized records.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding the commercialization of their syrup formulas. Gather necessary information, clarify requirements, and ensure customer expectations are met through each stage of the commercialization process.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes for formula translation, data management, and batching instructions. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance accuracy in the commercialization process.
- Escort customers onsite during their first production runs, ensuring they are fully supported throughout the process, including off-hours and weekends, as needed.
- Review and analyze yield results from all first-time production runs. Identify and address any issues affecting yield, providing detailed feedback and recommendations for improvement to the customer.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, mathematics, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field required.
- 3 years of experience in commercial formula management or product commercialization, preferably in the beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of beverage formulation, including syrup production processes and batching requirements.
- Highly proficient in Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis, formula creation, and managing complex spreadsheets.
- Proficiency in SAP with hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and optimizing SAP modules; strong knowledge of SAP best practices and integration processes.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with large datasets and ensure precision in data management and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and solving problems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and customers.
Base Salary Compensation Range: $90,000 - $140,000
