Role responsiblities-

Taking charge of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts to ensure full compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Collaborate closely with legal counsel and external parties as necessary to facilitate seamless contract processes.

Implement necessary adjustments in organization to guarantee compliance via remaining abreast of all amendments and updates to the Companies Act

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address any regulatory concerns promptly and effectively, fostering strong communication channels to ensure regulatory compliance company-wide.

Provide expert legal and strategic advice on new business projects, meticulously identifying potential legal and regulatory risks.

Undertake additional projects and assignments as required, collaborating seamlessly with different departments to ensure legal compliance and alignment with organizational goals
