Role Overview
We are looking for a Associate Director- Strategy with a strong background in consulting, banking, and fintech startups. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive new product initiatives, identify bottlenecks, and oversee end-to-end execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in defining product strategies, streamlining processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable financial products.
Key Responsibilities

Define and Drive Product Strategy: Lead the strategy for new product development, identifying market opportunities and business needs.

End-to-End Execution: Oversee product development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Identify Bottlenecks & Optimize Processes: Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvements in product and operational execution.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, risk, and compliance teams to develop innovative financial products.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory landscape to inform product strategy.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and user insights to refine product offerings and drive continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in product strategy, product management, or consulting roles.

Strong experience in top-tier consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) and/or banking/fintech startups.

Proven track record of successfully defining and executing product strategies in fast-paced environments.

Deep understanding of financial products, banking processes, and fintech ecosystems.
