Role Overview:
We are hiring Senior Analyst - Strategy to drive high-impact initiatives across our business. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a background in consulting, banking, or fintech startups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking key business metrics, managing strategic projects, and supporting executive decision-making through data-driven insights.
This is a high-visibility role that requires cross-functional collaboration, analytical rigor, and a strong ability to navigate complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Metric Tracking & Analytics

Monitor key business metrics using internal dashboards

Identify performance trends, surface insights, and flag opportunities or risks

Provide analytical support to drive data-backed decision-making
Project Management & Execution

Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute critical initiatives

Maintain clear documentation and progress tracking for ongoing projects

Ensure timely execution of strategic priorities
Strategic Support

Develop strategy decks, business cases, and internal presentations for leadership

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions

Assist in refining product strategies and streamlining processes
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2-3 years in management consulting (MBB, Kearney, Parthenon, Oliver Wyman, Strategy&, LEK) or a strategy/founder’s office role at a high-growth startup
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable working across teams to drive initiatives forward
- Clear Communicator & Self-Starter: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive mindset
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
