Your Role:
As a Backend Developer at Drip Capital, you will be responsible for:

Designing, building, deploying, and maintaining microservices that provide time-sensitive capital to customers worldwide.

Collaborating closely with product managers to understand customer requirements and define technical solutions.

Developing and risk modules to adapt to individual and market variations.

Creating and enhancing workflow automation,
-
Debugging issues across services and multiple levels of the technology stack.
Our Checklist:

3 years of relevant experience in building low-latency, distributed systems that are scalable and reliable.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Ruby, Golang, Java, C/C , or Python.

Experience with at least one MVC framework used for backend development, such as Ruby on Rails, Spring, CodeIgniter, etc.

Solid understanding of software architecture fundamentals, including object-oriented design, abstractions, and system design.

Passion for building well-engineered, reusable backend components with high-quality code.

Basic knowledge of test-driven software development.

Also prior experience with ruby on rails

Understanding of low-level and high-level design principles.
