Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of HR functions, from talent acquisition to employee relations and organizational compliance. The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to leadership and play a key role in shaping a productive and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Planning and Leadership:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to meet organizational goals.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR-related matters.
    • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to guide decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning:
    • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
    • Partner with department heads to anticipate staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
    • Manage onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Provide guidance and support to managers on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
    • Foster positive workplace relationships to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Performance Management and Development:
    • Design and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee contributions effectively.
    • Work with leadership to set clear goals and develop individualized career development plans.
    • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration:
    • Develop, administer, and review compensation structures to ensure fairness and market competitiveness.
    • Oversee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits enrollment.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
    • Maintain updated employee documentation, policies, and procedures.
    • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and practices to minimize risk.
  • HR Operations and Systems Management:
    • Manage and maintain HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
    • Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience in HR management or related roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in HR software (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are highly desirable.
