Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning and Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to meet organizational goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR-related matters.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to guide decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
- Partner with department heads to anticipate staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
- Manage onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.

Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance and support to managers on disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans.
- Foster positive workplace relationships to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Performance Management and Development:
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee contributions effectively.
- Work with leadership to set clear goals and develop individualized career development plans.

- Develop, administer, and review compensation structures to ensure fairness and market competitiveness.

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits enrollment.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain updated employee documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes and practices to minimize risk.

HR Operations and Systems Management:
- Manage and maintain HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
- Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of proven experience in HR management or related roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in HR software (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR are highly desirable.
