Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Coordinator to join our team.
Drip IV Wellness & MedSpa has 4 locations for which you would need to find events, coordinate with local fundraisers and be the face of the team at these events. You would be expected to work from the Medspa in Jacksonville but coordinate events and attend the larger ones in Morehead City and New Bern. You would also help virtually coordinate the events for our Charlotte location.
The ideal candidate will possess a passion for planning and executing memorable events that exceed client expectations. This role involves managing all aspects of event planning from conception to execution, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and efficiently. The Event Coordinator will collaborate with various local businesses and clients to deliver exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate participating in events including conferences, weddings, and social gatherings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events through various channels including email marketing and print advertising.
- Oversee logistics such as venue selection, getting staff for events and attending the events yourself.
- Create engaging content for event promotions
- Analyze event performance metrics using analytics tools to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
