Overview
Drip Masters Expert IV Nurses allows you to combine your clinical solid infusion knowledge and skills to care for patients with chronic autoimmune diseases, CIDP, PI, Crohn's, and enzyme deficiencies in the comfort of their home.
Responsibilities:
· Infuse medications in the patient’s home setting, including monitoring and tracking vital signs and performing IV placement, phlebotomy, and medication administration via a peripheral infusion device.
· Patient assessments, admissions, patient education, and or discharge plans for patients
· Utilize knowledge of Chronic disease physiology to assess patient conditions and provide appropriate care.
· Central line care management, Implanted port access, and de-access/dressing changes.
Requirements:
· Two years experience in a clinical setting, emergency room, infusion suite, and ICU.
· Home infusion experience
· Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state you are practicing
· Proficiency in IV insertion, infusion therapy and vascular access.
· Transportation, willingness to travel home to home.
· Ability to pass Background check, Drug testing and orientation skills testing
· NSO insurance
