ABOUT THIS ROLE:
Schedule:
You'll have a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM.
Day-to-Day:
As our Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with the highest level of service and support. Your day will start by answering incoming plumbing service calls, where you'll listen closely to customer needs and provide timely solutions. You'll then use our Housecall Pro CRM to schedule and dispatch service appointments, ensuring that our plumbing technicians are sent to the right jobs at the right times. Part of your role will also include pulling permits and scheduling inspections with city municipalities, ensuring that every job is compliant and up to code. This is a hands-on, vital role where your organizational skills and ability to think quickly will directly impact the success of our operations.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of CSR experience in a plumbing company office
Having 3 years of CSR experience in a plumbing company office is a huge plus!
