Are you a customer service pro with experience in the plumbing industry? DRIP Plumbing in Denton, TX is looking for a Customer Service Representative - CSR to join our growing team! THE VITAL ASSISTANCE THAT YOU PROVIDE :
In this vital position, you'll be the voice of DRIP Plumbing, answering incoming service calls with professionalism and care. You'll be responsible for scheduling and dispatching using our Housecall Pro CRM, pulling permits, and scheduling inspections with city municipalities. This role is crucial to keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our clients receive the exceptional service they deserve.
As a Customer Service Representative - CSR, your contribution directly impacts our ability to deliver top-notch plumbing solutions to our community. With the right training and support, you'll be set up to succeed and advance within the company.
You'll have a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS :
Having 3 years of CSR experience in a plumbing company office is a huge plus!
