YOUR DAY:
You'll have a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM.
As our Plumbing Customer Service Rep, you'll be our customers' first point of contact. You'll answer incoming service calls, schedule appointments, and dispatch technicians with precision using our Housecall Pro CRM system. You'll also play a crucial role in pulling permits and scheduling inspections with city municipalities to keep everything running smoothly. Your ability to balance customer needs with operational efficiency will make a huge impact on our clients and our team. THE REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 years of CSR experience in a plumbing company office
Having 3 years of CSR experience in a plumbing company office is a huge plus!
