What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a scalable SMB and partnership-led GTM strategy to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
- Recruit, build, and coach a high-performing sales organization focused on SMBs and non-technical buyers.
- Implement robust sales processes, metrics, and performance tracking to ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.
- Foster strong relationships with key partners to expand market reach and accelerate customer acquisition.
- Provide hands-on leadership, mentorship, and professional development to the sales team, creating strong followership and high employee engagement.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product roadmap and customer needs.
- Represent Dripos externally, driving brand awareness and credibility within the SMB community.
- Proven track record, 5-10 years of relevant experience, leading a company through significant growth stages (from approximately $2M to $10M in revenue).
- Extensive experience selling to SMB, non-technical buyers, preferably within vertical SaaS (vSaaS).
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling SMB and partnership-focused go-to-market motions.
- Passionate leader with a focus on individual and team development, known for cultivating loyalty and followership among sales talent.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication skills, and a comfort level operating in dynamic, high-growth startup environments.
- Enthusiasm for working fully in-person with a dynamic, collaborative team based in New York City.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Compensation range:
- Salary of $150,000 - $200,000
- Performance-based bonus of $150,000 - $200,000
