Drishticon Inc is a growing IT Services provider, based out of bay area in CA.
We have been providing IT Solutions and Staffing Services since 2007 to leading retailers, eCommerce businesses and related SAAS based startups in the heart of Silicon Valley.
Statistically, we are about 100 people strong world wide including subcontracted resources, and annual revenues currently tracking at between $14M-$18M
For the next 3-5 years, we have set a goal for organic growth of Drishticon business by 25-30% annually through a combination techniques including and not limited to nurturing existing accounts, acquire new accounts and through business acquisition. We are also gearing up for expanding service offerings to include project oriented specialized skills and services such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Cloud Migrations etc.
We are inviting talented individuals to join us as IT Sales representatives and help us in achieving this goal.
Ideal candidate will be one that enjoys to set goals and work to achieve them. Networking should come naturally.
Candidate should be self starter and willing to learn new things daily.
He / she will have the opportunity to expand and extend our services to new accounts in different verticals including Finance, High Tech and Retail verticals.

Work location will be remote from your home office with occasional in person team meetings in Bay area, CA or alternate locations worldwide as appropriate.
You will be backed by a team of 2-3 recruiters and engineers to help you in meeting client expectations of quality deliverables.
As a junior entry level Sales Rep, we will provide you mentorship and guidance.
JOB DUTIES
You will leverage your current network, prospect new clients, and discover client needs to propose appropriate technology staffing and project solutions. You will plan and carry out all sales activities. Responsible for ensuring customer contact and satisfaction and managing quality of service delivery.
- Generate new business through cold calls, referrals, personal connections and participation in networking events
- Develop and maintain a customer database
- Generate and qualify leads
- Secure qualified opportunities from existing and new clients
- Prepare sales action plans and strategies
- Develop and make presentations of company services to current and potential clients
- Monitor competitors, Market conditions and Technology services trends
- Have meetings / presentations with key client managers and senior executives
- Maintain consistent pipeline of existing and prospective business
