Primary Duty
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

- Perform duties in the assigned work area, which include machine and specialized equipment operations, mill operations, shipping and receiving, materials handling, warehouse and dock, quality, laser cutting, mold cleaning, high rise/turret truck and others.
- Set Up, Operate or shut down equipment and run computer programs needed to complete and document work assignments.
- Follow safety procedures and DRIV’s safety policy at all times. Notify the Operations Supervisor of unsafe or hazardous working conditions immediately.
- Follow Quality Management System requirements as outlined for the job. Suggests ways for continual improvement for the work unit assigned and to ways to improve efficiencies between work units.
- Perform visual, and functional inspection according to engineering drawings/specifications and general quality Inspection.
- Certified or has the ability to be certified to complete 1st article checks.
- Precisely follow written instructions as outlined on press cards, standard work, or work instructions.
- 5S Housekeeping and work area cleaning tasks
- Resolve minor issues that hinder or slow the progress in the work area.
- Other tasks and assignments consistent with knowledge and training.

- Unload materials and merchandise from incoming conveyor and deliver to assigned locations.
- Transport raw materials to production workstations.
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
- Inspect forklift to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance.
- Change truck Battery when needed and preform battery maintenance.
- Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
- Managing inventory using warehouse management system.
- Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions.
- Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers.
- Basic math skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Physical requirements to include but not limited to:
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs continuously.
- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
- Manual dexterity.
- Stoop, bend, kneel, climb, and crouch or crawl.
