Job Title: Product Analyst – Ride Control

Role Overview
This role is cross-functional — you will work closely with Business Development, Engineering, Operations, Legal, Public Policy, Finance, Training and Tech Teams, Network Planning, and Executive Leadership to bring DRiV’s ride control products in North America to market. This job will require exceptional communication skills and having the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment with all levels of leadership, and exercise sound judgment where clear guidelines may not exist.
This position will be responsible for coordination and support of product, new number, competitor, program strategies and ad hoc analysis developed by the product manager. Active cross-functional communication throughout the organization is critical.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Product life cycle management – NPI, obsolescence, load sheets, product master file updates, KPI updates
APQP updates and approvals
Competitor coverage analysis – Interchanges, application coverage review
Image reviews and approvals
System (SAP) maintenance (part creation, sales status, etc)
Ad hoc analysis, data integrity investigation, load sheet coordination
Product launch participation
Product line NPI creation and forecasting
Competitive pricing analysis & benchmarking, as directed by product manager
Market study & analysis
No source and MOQ resolution
Coordinate field quality complaint resolution
Education
4-year bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Experience
1+ years’ experience in marketing or engineering, or related area preferred
Experience and/or ability to handle multiple projects and activities
Skills
Strong analytical skills
Microsoft Office Suite, including experience with spreadsheet development and analysis
English Communication skills
Excellent initiative with ability to function independently as well as in team environments
