- A minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a fitness, hospitality, retail, or customer service setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Sales experience (1 year preferred) and a passion for fitness and wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily gym operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and support front desk and training staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Lead and train team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Assist with membership sales, including meeting new potential members, providing facility tours, and upselling additional services to meet revenue goals.
