Job Description
Drive Engineering is currently seeking a highly motivated junior ITS / Traffic engineer working under the direction of a licensed engineer to complete various tasks related to transportation, ITS, and traffic engineering projects. An opportunity to work on both traffic engineering and ITS projects will be provided with a career track to pursue either or both in the future. The candidate will be expected to work on site in the Camp Hill office with the opportunity to take a hybrid work schedule in the future.
Requirements
- BS or MS Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
- Professional Engineer License (Pennsylvania preferred).
- Extensive experience with AutoCAD or Microstation, Highway Capacity Software, and Synchro.
- Familiarity with PennDOT ITS or traffic engineering standards, MUTCD, and AASHTO guidelines.
- Previous experience working in the transportation engineering industry for at least four (4) years.
