A Regional Dry Van Driver position at Ryder offers a unique blend of flexibility, earnings, and home time. With regular routes within the surrounding areas, you can anticipate quality time with family and friends while being home most nights and weekends.
Key Highlights:
- Home Time: Home most nights and weekends with 1-2 nights out per week
- Schedule: Monday-Friday start times between 2am-6am
- Route: MI, IN, Northwest Ohio
Compensation Package:
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,500
- Additional Pay:
- Stops Pay: $26.00 per stop with 15 stops per week
- Per Diem Pay: $40.00 per night out for 1-2 nights out per week
- Bonuses:
- Loyalty Bonus: Pays $2,500 at six months and $2,500 at one year
- Unlimited driver referral bonuses

Requirements:
- Valid CDL A License
- 21 years of age or older
- Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
- Endorsements: Hazmat - Obtainable within 90 days of hire
- Pass a Ryder Drug Test, Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check, DOT physical, and Ryder road test
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and/or procedures
- Reside within 30 miles of Benton Harbor, MI
