Ryder is hiring a CDL A Regional Dry Van Driver in Minneapolis, MN. Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $2,100
• Top 10% of drivers at this location make $115k /year!
• Hourly Pay: $27.00 Per Hour Plus Additional $1 for Every 3 Certifications/Endorsements
• OT after 40 hours
• Per Diem Pay: $50.00 per night
• Overnights for Route in Ryder Booked Hotel OR Sleeper
• Bonuses
• Tenure bonus: $1000 each year when actively employed from Nov 1st – Oct 31st
• Sign On Bonus: $500, pays you $250 at 30 days and $250 at 90 days
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route & Schedule

• Mostly Monday - Friday. Saturday and Sundays as needed, must be flexible
• Overnights in Ryder paid hotel or sleeper
• Route:  Eastern US and Midwest areas
• Combination touch/no touch depending on account
  

Equipment

• Trucks are 36 months or newer
• Automatic Transmission
• 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide
  
  

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL A License
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
• Must live within 30 miles of Minneapolis, MN
