Compensation

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,500
• Miles Pay: 60 CPM with 2,000 miles per week
• Additional pay:
• Stops Pay: $26.00 per Stop with 15 Stops per Week
• Per Diem Pay: $40.00 per night out
• 1-2 nights out per week
• Overnights for Route in Ryder Booked Hotel
• Bonuses
• Loyalty Bonus: Pays you $2,500 at six months and $2,500 at one year
• Unlimited driver referral bonuses
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route & Schedule

• Home Time: Home most nights and weekends
• 1-2 nights out per week
• Overnights for Route in Ryder Booked Hotel
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Start time: 2am-6am
• Route: NE, IA, CO and Kansas City area
• Touch – Hardware Supplies
• Equipment: Manual & Electric Pallet Jack

• Trailer Type: Dry Van 31' & 53'
• Day cab
• 24/7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide
  
  

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL A License
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Endorsements: Hazmat - Within 90 Days of Hire
• We Reimburse Cost and Provide Training to Obtain Endorsements
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
• Must live within 30 miles of Omaha, NE
