From the moment you clock in, you'll be at the forefront of processing and submitting motor vehicle documents like a true champion.
Your day will be a thrilling race against time as you review and perfect titles, ensuring every vehicle sale is flawless. With your expert organizational skills, you'll track and record title status using our cutting-edge dealer management system and Excel spreadsheets. You'll even pave the way for an efficient system to manage outstanding titles, leaving no loose ends on the track.
Collaboration is key as you work side by side with our dynamic sales and finance teams, seamlessly coordinating transactions and ensuring a smooth ride for our customers. QUALIFICATIONS
To qualify for this thrilling position, you'll need to meet these minimum requirements :
- Experience as a title clerk
- Knowledge about titling requirements and DMV regulations

- Knowledge about NM sales tax codes and regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
SCHEDULE AND LOCATION
You'll be embracing the Drive N-Motion spirit at our thrilling Greeley dealership in the heart of Rio Rancho, NM. As a full-time Dealership Title Clerk, your engine will roar Monday through Friday, revving up from 8 am to 5 pm. And occasionally, you'll need to shift into overdrive and go the extra mile with some well-deserved overtime.
