Our Rio Rancho, NM dealership goes above and beyond for our customers, and we need a motivated leader willing to do the same. If that's you, keep reading to learn more!

THE BASICS

Pay: We value your skills and experience, so we offer a competitive wage of up to $45.00/hour. You also receive a $5,000 signing bonus!

Schedule: We're flexible with scheduling, and you have the possibility to work 3 - 5 days/week.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• ASE certification
• 5 years of auto repair experience
• Management experience and ability to lead a larger team
• Valid driver's license

YOUR DAY TO DAY

As our Master Automotive Tech - Foreman, you ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our auto repair service department. From communicating with customers and inspecting vehicles to diagnosing issues and performing repairs, you play a pivotal role in our daily operations. You speak with customers about their needs, use diagnostic tools to get a closer look at the vehicle, and figure out what needs to be done. Then, you get to work performing the required services. You make sure your team also completes excellent work, and you keep an eye out for additional work that could be done. Your expertise drives customer satisfaction and loyalty!
