Customer Support Associate (Yellow Taxi Dispatch)

We are looking for an efficient Fleet Associate to join our HQ office in Long Island City, NY! This role is perfect for a collaborative individual who is passionate about driving and taking care of vehicles. You’ll solve real-time logistical problems and perform tasks with calculated precision. We’re looking for someone with an eye for vehicle imperfections, who is a great problem solver and has a customer-oriented mindset!

What you’ll do

• Be the first point of contact for all vehicle related issues and ensure best-in-class service
• Perform vehicle readiness checks and off-boarding through our internal systems
• Transporting vehicles to fueling, cleaning, staging, and maintenance/repair facilities
• Execute vehicle recoveries
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by our leadership team
  
  

What we look for

• Fluent in English
• 3 years with US State DMV license
• Cautious and precise motor skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Diligent punctuality
• Must have a high level of computer proficiency

Compensation range: $18-$22/hr
