Automotive Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Ability to sell pre-owned vehicles from a variety of different manufacturers
• Ability to spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle options
• Commitment to becoming a sales expert and gain knowledge of vehicles and technology
• Knowledge to demonstrate vehicle capabilities, features, and benefits
• Complete price quotes and explain financing/leasing options for new and pre-owned vehicles
• Follow up with prospective customers and return email, phone calls, texts
• Support online customers by creating appointments
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads

Automotive Customer Service / Sales Representative Job Requirements:

• Must have a strong desire to succeed
• Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
• Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
• Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
• Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, and presentation skills
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• Weekend availability is needed as well as some evening hours
• Valid U.S. Driver's license

Pay: Starting $17-25 per hour with Commission pay

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
