At Drive Social Media, our Business Developers achieve more while enjoying a dynamic, semi-field-based role that combines independence and face-to-face impact with our clients. With an on-target earnings range of $80,000-$120,000 and uncapped commissions, you'll be empowered to earn based on your drive and results. Our promote-from-within culture enables driven individuals to achieve Senior Business Developer status within 5-6 months, unlocking even greater income potential.

Your Role as a Business Developer

As a Business Developer, you'll take ownership of the entire prospecting and sales process
Own the funnel by prospecting, cold calling and booking meetings with small to medium-sized business owners each week.
Divide your time equally, with 50% dedicated to prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline management, and 50% on-site, conducting face-to-face meetings with business owners.
Our Business Developers help local businesses grow using big-brand digital marketing strategies tailored to their needs, proving real ROI and making a meaningful difference in their success.

What We're Looking For

We seek driven, seasoned sales professionals ready to succeed independently. Ideal candidates will have :

Strong resilience, a self-starter attitude, and a natural gift of gab-professional, polished, and always prepared to represent our brand.

Extensive outbound sales experience, ideally in Business Development or sales roles with a track record of surpassing quotas.

Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and Orum.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to build rapport with business owners and decision-makers.
