As we continue expanding, we are seeking a full cycle Director of Business Development to help drive revenue and close deals in our Nashville office. This role is perfect for a high-performing closer with a passion for digital marketing and a proven ability to sell high-ticket solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full sales cycle from self-sourcing leads to closing deals with business owners
- Conduct outbound calls weekly using the dialer Orum to set high-quality meetings
- Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and deal terms to maximize revenue
- Partner with SDRs to receive qualified leads, optimize outreach efforts, and ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to closing
- Present our high-ticket digital marketing solutions both face-to-face and virtually
- Track and optimize opportunities using Salesforce and other sales tools
- Follow a structured sales process, meet quotas, and contribute to the company's rapid growth
What You Bring
- 5 years of full-cycle sales experience
- Heavy outbound cold calling experience and comfort with self-sourcing leads
- Experience selling high-value services to small/medium-sized businesses
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and consultative selling skills
- Ability to work independently and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Orum, and other sales enablement tools
- Passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of how it helps businesses grow
