Responsibilities…
- Customer Success & Client Relations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Cultivate positive client relationships through regular check-ins, providing a high level of customer service and success through finding resolution by interacting with all departments of Drive Social Media.
- Forecast, address and resolve client issues proactively, escalating when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
- Account Maintenance in Salesforce
- Maintain account cleanliness by ensuring that all client data, communication logs, and project statuses are accurately updated in Salesforce.
- Monitor account health indicators, addressing any discrepancies or data inaccuracies promptly.
- Work closely with Directors of Strategy and Account Executives to keep account information current and to support pipeline and forecasting needs.
- Strategic Support
- Assist the Directors of Strategy and Account Executive in the development and implementation of strategic account plans.
- Prepare account insights, identify growth opportunities, and compile data to inform client strategies and initiatives.
- Participate in client meetings and planning sessions, providing insights and recommendations to support account growth and client goals.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a customer service or account management role, preferably within a digital agency or advertising environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and relationship-building.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs.
