Over the course of this structured 10-12 week program, you'll delve into meaningful projects under industry experts' guidance, fostering personal and professional growth. The internship offers a holistic learning experience, providing opportunities to gain insights into Drive Social Media's business operations, refine presentation skills, master business analysis, hone problem-solving abilities, and appreciate the pivotal role of customer service in a dynamic environment. Alongside hands-on experience, interns will participate in roundtable discussions covering diverse business and leadership topics, engage in professional development activities, benefit from mentorship, and culminate their experience with a final presentation to Drive's leadership team.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal partners to brainstorm data-driven strategies that align with campaign goals, target audiences, and brand identity.
- Utilize a variety of investigative analytic processes to troubleshoot campaign performance challenges.
- Communicate campaign performance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Utilize digital ad platforms, including; Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads. (Bonus points for experience with others such as Snap, TikTok, Twitter, and so on.)
- Completion of a capstone project.
- Candidates must be able and available to work full-time during the duration of the program: June 2, 2025 through August 8, 2025, at our St. Louis, MO location. Schedules will be created on a week-to-week basis to accommodate ideal learning opportunities.
- Currently enrolled as a rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate degree program at an accredited university – in a Data Science/Analytics, Communications/Media Studies, or related program.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (preferred)
- Proficient in data cleaning, data validation, and data visualization.
- Knowledge of Excel and SQL.
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work in a team environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including Google Suite
- Knowledge of social media advertising best practices.
- Experience with PPC campaigns is a plus.
- Proficiency in additional analytics software (e.g., Hootsuite, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills; verbal, non-verbal, and written
- Staying current on social media trends: Keeping abreast of new platform features, algorithm changes, and emerging trends.
- Respond to feedback in a timely manner and work within tight deadlines.
