Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users in a manufacturing environment, resolving any hardware, software, or network issues that arise.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that may impact manufacturing operations.
- Create and maintain system documentation and user guides for manufacturing team members.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and networking protocols.
- Experience with manufacturing software and systems, such as ERP or MES platforms.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
