Qualifications for our Shop Manager positions :
Experience : 2-4 years Solid Experience in Detroit DD15 / 60 Series Late Model Freightliners
Must be able to make most repairs on Heavy-Duty Tractors and Trailers
Be able to assign work projects and follow up
Computer knowledge to order parts
Invoicing
CDL Preferred
Hard Technical Experience with the following :
1 Brakes
2 Suspensions
3 Transmissions
4 Clutches
5 Reefer Repairs
6 Strong Computer Diagnosis
7 Hydraulics / PTO’s
8 Ability to Diagnose and repair Heavy Truck issues
9 Welding / fabrication skills
Job Details :
Pay : Wage Based on Experience (certifications a plus)
Bonus program
Schedule : M-F 7am -4pm answer off hr. calls and coordinate response to Road Service Team
Must Have own tools
