Driveline Baseball is hiring for our customer relations team at our Scottsdale, Arizona facility! We are seeking a dedicated individual that has previous experience in a team setting, with a knowledge of Driveline Baseball and baseball in general. The right candidate will have the ability to problem solve, assess processes and systems, and support our customers professionally and kindly.

- Front Desk Check-In
- Manning Athlete Store
- Answering email, phones and general customer relations tasks
- General housekeeping
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- High School Diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Creative problem solver and decision maker
- Fast learner
- Flexibility with hours (night & weekends required)
Preferred:
- Previous experience with CRM, gym scheduling software, inventory management software
- Previous experience in a sports environment
