- Home Daily with 1 Layover each week (Greater Savannah area, Memphis, TN, Jackson, TN, West Memphis, AR, Byhalia, MS, Carlton, GA, Fairburn, GA, Greenwood, SC, Atlanta, GA, Harmony, NC)
- Local freight is 75% IS drop and pick

WEEKLY INSURANCE FEES:
- Liability $94
- Occupational $48

- Insurance on truck is not mandatory to have thru the carrier, if you have your own-insurance
ADDITIONAL FEES:
- ELD Device fee $ 2.31

- Comdata Fee of $3.00 per use
- $50 weekly cash option (it will be charged back to IC)
- Discount only at Loves for now (Diesel only)
SETTLEMENT ADVANCE CAPS:
- Local Limit is $1,500 per week, 300 gallons/day
- Regional limit is $3,100 per week, 300 gallons/day
- Settlement deduction will occur each Friday for the amount used on fuel card
