Requirements:

• At least 21 years of age
• 1 year of Class A driving experience
• Must live within 45 miles of Zip 39530 (Biloxi, MS)
• Must have a valid TWIC Card
• Sleeper or double axle day cab required
• No truck year requirement, but the truck must pass an inspection

• Weekly Insurance Fees:

  • Liability: $94

  • Bobtail: $10
  • Physical Damage: Based on truck’s total value (calculated at 6% of the total amount).

• Optional Insurance:
  If you have your own insurance, provide a copy of your policy showing PD & NTL coverage.

• Additional Fees:

  • ELD Device Fee: $2.31
  • Comdata Fee: $3.00 per use (for fueling at stations accepting Comdata)
  • Tablet Insurance: $1.00
  • $50 Weekly Cash Option (charged back to IC)

• Settlement Advance Caps:

  • Local Limit: $1,500 per week, 300 gallons/day
  • Regional Limit: $3,100 per week, 300 gallons/day
  • Settlement deductions are made each Friday for fuel card usage during the work week.
