- Pay : $0.45 CPM, with a weekly minimum of $1,350 (must work the full week to receive guaranteed pay); annual average $70,200
- Bonuses : $500 New Hire Transition Bonus (paid on the second paycheck); $3,000 Referral Bonus ($1,000 at second paycheck, $1,000 at 60 days, $1,000 at 120 days)
- Accessorial Pay : Stop Pay ($17 for stops 1-3, $22 for 4 stops); Delay Pay ($17 / hour)
- Home Time : Home daily with 2 layovers per week
- Schedule : Varied shifts; flexible Monday-Friday schedule with both day and night routes; no back-to-back night and day routes
- Equipment : 2020 sleepers and straight trucks
