We are looking for someone who has a strong knowledge of modern, cloud-based infrastructure and can support our growing organization to implement and manage a user-friendly and secure environment.
What You’ll Be Doing :
- Lead our IT organization across both our US and Japan offices, promoting global collaboration to deliver user-focused solutions and a seamless global experience.
- Oversee and maintain the IT systems, networks, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Lead efforts to transform the IT infrastructure into a more user friendly and secure environment.
- Develop and implement IT policies, security protocols, and best practices.
- Manage the IT budget, optimizing costs, and recommending new technologies.
- Implement and manage security measures to protect the organization's data, networks, vehicles, and systems from unauthorized access, cyber threats, viruses, and other security breaches.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure IT services align with business requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, network configurations, software licenses, and support procedures to facilitate troubleshooting, maintenance, and future upgrades.
- Interact with IT vendors and service providers to procure hardware, software, and services, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
