JOB DESCRIPTION: Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to fuel our sales efforts through key national partnerships (Rental Car, Private Fleets, Government, Fleet Management Companies & Dealer Groups) with hyperfocus on our Take 5 Quick Lube and Auto Glass Now brands. Primary Responsibilities: Grow specific fleet segment business verticals along with annual department sales targets Develop and execute an annual sales plan in coordination with team members Activate national programs at the local/regional level Use the Driven Fleet “value prop” to win current/existing customer business Implement created programs and roll them out effectively Coordinate account activity with Operations counterparts Travel 40% Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements: Documented sales/leadership skills Bachelor’s Degree Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written Project management oversight Proactive thinker who can turn ideas into results Strong organizational & leadership skills Ability to simplify tasks in order to achieve growth-oriented results #LI-SN1 #REMOTE #DBCORP Position Location: North Carolina Compensation Range: $65,400.00 - $116,800.00 Compensation Frequency: Annual Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
