JOB DESCRIPTION: Train new Franchisees, shop management teams, and internal corporate teams on brand operations, standards, and procedures, via hands on, classroom facilitation and online modalities.  Partner with other brand cross functional departments and team members to effectively create content, streamline process for training on new initiatives and rollouts, special event planning, promotional support, and communications, and pilot project management.  Manage, update, and maintain the Brand Learning Management System.  Create reports from LMS, pilots, and other data systems, on a weekly or monthly basis as demand requires.  Coordinate in person presentations and training with various Vendors.  Coordinate, schedule and execute all events, meetings, and conventions along with other internal teams.  Management, maintenance of the facility, and procurement of all operational items for the brand training center  Lead or assist in full cycle development of curriculum for the brand and training program, with internal teams, and vendors, for future projects, initiatives, field trainings, virtual events, meetings, conventions, etc.  Management of both simplistic and complex projects as initiatives dictate.  Operation of body shop equipment and instruction on safety, maintenance, and use.  Qualities-  Professional and articulate  Strong interpersonal communication skillset  Brings passion, energy, and fun to a fast-paced work environment.  Strategic Mindset  Innovative thinker  Detail Oriented  Patient and Encouraging  Able to work independently, or on a team.  Able to Travel up to 50% when required.  Qualifications-  Minimum bachelor’s degree or will consider relevant experience in listed qualifications.  Minimum 1 Year:  LMS management Experience  Content Facilitation Experience: Classroom, in Person  Content Facilitation Experience: Virtual  Content and Curriculum Creation Experience, Virtual and In Person  Content Creation and Editing Experience: Video, Graphic, Simulations and Interactive  Project Management Experience, both leading and collaborating  Operations and Training Leadership Experience  Business Acumen Knowledge, P&L Management  Systems Knowledge  Adobe Suite  InDesign  Photoshop  Illustrator  Premiere  Articulate/RISE  Monday.com Project Management Software
