JOB DESCRIPTION: The Sr. Manager of FP&A is responsible for providing reliable financial reporting information to Take 5 Oil Change Leadership and Finance Leadership team that is used to make decisions impacting the performance of the corporation. This role will be primarily focused on supporting the Take 5 OC Franchise business through forecasting, annual planning, monthly reporting and ad-hoc support and modeling. This role reports to the Vice President of FP&A and offers a high level of visibility with the Take 5 Executive Leadership Team as well as a high level of cross-functional interaction with the Operations, Business Development and Accounting teams. Responsibilities: Analyzes profit-and-loss statements, providing reports and strategic recommendations to management Develop forecasts, annual budget, and analyze trends across sales and other areas of business, including store level planning as necessary Build financial models to help operations monitor compliance and identify opportunities within the franchise system Collaborate with accounting during month-end close to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Conduct variance analysis on monthly and quarterly results, comparing actual performance to forecast and budgets. Set annual goals for team and oversee analyst work to ensure objectives are met Prepare presentations for the Board of Directors and senior leadership Support the team in ad hoc requests and quantifying financials that results in a clear message for leadership Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Accounting or Finance, preferred) 7 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably with a public company Prior people, and project, leadership experience Self-starter with proven abilities to effectively engage and influence senior executives and cross-functional partner organizations Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required and experience with ERP systems Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple priorities against multiple deadlines Able to work well with people across multiple functions Ability to communicate/present to senior level managers #LI-DM1 #LI-Hybrid #DBCORP
