We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Buffer to join our team. Previous experience sanding and polishing fresh paint on luxury vehicles is required. As a Polisher, you will play a vital role in enhancing the appearance of vehicles through meticulous sanding, polishing, and detailing processes. Your expertise in using hand tools and power tools will be essential in delivering exceptional results.
Duties
- Perform polishing on vehicles to achieve high-quality finishes.
- Utilize various hand tools and power tools effectively to restore vehicle surfaces.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify areas needing attention or repair.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with the finished product.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs or touch-ups.
Requirements
- Previous experience in vehicle detailing, auto painting, or auto restoration is a must.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
