Extraction Technician
DRIVEN GROW is a leader and innovator in Michigan’s legal cannabis market. We continue to achieve high growth and high demand for our products. To continue to excel and further improve our team, we are currently seeking to fill the Extraction Technician position.

The Extraction Technician will perform and assist in all daily laboratory functions, operations, and duties as instructed along with verifying daily laboratory logs and records are updated to ensure compliance with all state and organization requirements are met.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Daily setup and preparation of the laboratory and extraction areas, including equipment, supplies, and products as needed.
· Assists with daily laboratory activities and processing of medical and adult use cannabis products.
· Ensure proper handling of materials, weighing of product(s), data entry/recording, and production batch tracking throughout Driven Grow’s processing department.
· Ensure all daily cleaning, sanitation, safety, and security protocols are followed in the processing facility in accordance with local, state, federal regulations, and company policies.
· Assist with general preventative maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment, as needed.
· Ensure all finished and semi-finished goods are labeled, tracked, and stored in the appropriate inventory locations.
· Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
· Must be 21 years of age.
· Must be able to pass background check.
· Basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
· Ability to safely use hand tools.
· Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and sit for long periods of time.
· Ability to work in hot, cold, and humid conditions.
· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
· Ability to multitask while following production schedules.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time.
· Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Self-motivated and team oriented.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, preferred.
· Proficiency with or the ability to learn the organization’s management system.
· Ability to work on a standard ladder.
· Proficiency with or the ability to learn state and third-party management systems and software.

Pay Range- $15.50-$22
