We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Facilitator to join our team in CHINO HILLS, CALIFORNIA, 91710. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the smooth and efficient operation of our fulfilment process, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the fulfilment process, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all orders are fulfilled according to customer specifications
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all products are available for fulfilment
• Manage the return process, ensuring that all returns are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues as needed
• Ensure that all fulfilment and return processes are in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Facilitator or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of fulfilment and return processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
