The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the smooth and efficient operation of our fulfilment process, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the fulfilment process, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all orders are fulfilled according to customer specifications
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all products are available for fulfilment
- Manage the return process, ensuring that all returns are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues as needed
- Ensure that all fulfilment and return processes are in compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facilitator or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of fulfilment and return processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
