What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Road Supervisor, you’ll be the superhero of safe and efficient transportation services! You’ll wear many hats—working in the field and the office, ensuring our customers receive nothing short of World Class Service. • Be the Hero: Provide hands-on assistance and information to our customers, ensuring they have a stellar experience with our services.
• Dispatch Dynamo: Quickly dispatch replacement buses and operators during incidents, ensuring smooth operations and special services.
• Supervise with Style: Lead and inspire our Bus Operators with your knowledge of safety, service, and scheduling.
• Schedule Guru: Keep everything running like clockwork by ensuring schedule compliance and route coverage.
• Tech Whiz: Utilize our top-notch operating systems to monitor and improve on-street service.
• Compliance Champion: Make sure we’re always in line with state and federal regulations while keeping our team on track.
• Safety Advocate: Create a safe environment for both our staff and passengers, investigating any accidents or unusual occurrences.
• Team Player: Coordinate with maintenance to ensure our buses are in tip-top shape and ready for the road.
• Control Center Conductor: Perform day-to-day dispatch services and directly supervise our awesome bus operators.

What You’ll Need:

• A high school diploma or GED, plus two years of transit-related experience (bonus points for college coursework!).
• A knack for communication—must be able to read, write, and present information like a pro. Bilingual skills? We love that!
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and basic computer skills.
• A Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger endorsement, and an air brake endorsement.
• A minimum age of 23 and a strong knowledge of the Salt Lake City area.
• Flexibility to work various days and hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A warm, customer service-oriented attitude ready to serve our passengers with a smile!
