POSITION REQUIRES CURRENT RESIDENCE IN OR NEAR JACKSON HOLE WY
Job Summary: The successful incumbent will be responsible, reliable, and punctual. This role is responsible for our Van Shuttle to transport our clients from Jackson, WY to Salt Lake City, UT and back, along a fixed route with scheduled stops.
The role requires great customer service skills, comfort with long-distance driving, and capability to regularly assist customers with luggage up to 50lbs.
Because of the origin of the route, the successful Driver will already reside in and remain living WITHIN 30 MILES of Jackson, WY
Responsibilities:
- Drive vehicles to transport passengers to/from the pre-set destinations.
- Assist passengers with luggage; communicate relevant information and respond to passenger inquiries in a polite and efficient manner.
- Communicate with passengers or other employees to notify them of delays or special requests.
- Drive vehicles over predetermined routes and follow specific routes that have been provided by management.
- Follow protocols regarding fuel levels, maintenance schedules, vehicle inspections, accident reporting, proper logging of hours and other relevant issues.
- Use computerized dispatch system to track and report on activities.
- Communicate with management on issues such as weather conditions, traffic, accidents and delays.

Experience and Education
- Professional Driving Experience – minimum 2 years
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service experience – minimum 2 years
Physical Working Conditions:
Position would spend time in a van driving with prolonged sitting, and frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting and stooping in the performance of daily activities. Field work would require the ability to work outside in various weather conditions and actively travel in a provided vehicle. The position may also require the ability to lift, drag and push files, paper and documents weighing up to 50 pounds.
Special Requirements: (1) Must be willing and able to travel to and attend training and meetings within or outside the boundaries of the SLC area; (2) Must be willing and able to work outside regular business hours and on occasional weekends, attending meetings, etc. as needed; (3) Must have a valid CDL.
