Hiring Immediately, Automotive Service Advisor
Driver’s Village, a World Class Transportation Provider, continues to grow and we are seeking customer-service-oriented Automotive Service Advisors to join our successful team. If you like working with people – even if you have no automotive experience – this career is for you!
Driver’s Village represents over 17 automotive franchises, serving hundreds of customers each month. We’ve been making customers happy for nearly 85 years, by providing safe and reliable transportation.
Duties and Responsibilities Include but are not limited to :
- Greet customers and answer questions, follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work, keep customers informed of changes, ensure customer's concerns were addressed and they are satisfied
- Develop a deep understanding of our service offerings, including technical aspects, benefits, and value proposition
- Accurately enter Repair Orders for all types of service, including warranty and customer pay
- Guide service department customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise customers on options and costs, offer additional services and 'specials', schedule service appointments and more
- Conduct business in an ethical, and honest fashion with integrity
- Other duties as assigned
