Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely assistance to customers who are experiencing financial difficulties
- Contact or attempt contact with delinquent customers to resolve payment issues
- Negotiate payment plans and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Collaborate with the Loan Servicing team to ensure seamless communication and resolution
- Maintain accurate records and meet or exceed production goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of experience in collections, customer service, sales, or retail industry
- Professional communication and negotiation skills
