What's Under the Hood
Bridgecrest, one of the country's leading financial servicing providers, services roughly $15 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.
Bridgecrest recently launched its newest affiliate GoFi. Established in 2022, GoFi is headquartered in Dallas, Texas with a mission to deliver a comprehensive, fully integrated auto finance product allowing the best brands to deliver the best customer experience. By implementing state of the art technology, we provide an off-the-shelf service to make integration with GoFi as seamless as possible.
That's Nice, But What's the Job?
In short, as a Specialist, Funding Resolution you will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and resolving exceptions. You will work directly with our operations team and evaluate their request pertaining to exception policy review.
In long, you will :
- Assess loan origination exceptions, including discrepancies in documentation, underwriting conditions and compliance issues
- Work closely with operational teams to gather necessary information and facilitate the resolution of exceptions
- Maintain a detailed record of exceptions and resolutions provided for reporting and compliance purposes
- Monitor and track exception trends to identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to mitigate risk
- Ensure all loan origination activities comply with applicable regulations and well as internal policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional service to internal operations teams by addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up to date on regulatory changes and best practices to loan origination and exception management
