We are seeking a skilled Document Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining original contracts, titles, and title applications for DriveTime and Carvana. As a key member of our Document Control department, you will ensure seamless document processing and contribute to our results-oriented and high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and service titles, distribute documents to correct departments, and return them to the customer or outside vendor upon completion of the loan.
- Work closely with internal departments to meet their document processing needs.
- Ensure guidelines for securing loans are consistently met.
- Manage the flow of documents from one point to another promptly.
- Review and update account information related to documents sent and received.
- Maintain on-site and off-site storage of documents.
- Mailing and shipping of documents or other materials.
- Work with multiple databases.
- Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to/from customers and third-party vendors.
- Maintain relationships with DriveTime dealerships.
- Research state and county guidelines and policies regarding title inquiries.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
