Responsibilities of the Job(Or Better Known as, Your NextDestination)
In short, theReconditioning Center Operations Manager is responsible forassisting in the management of all aspects of the ReconditioningCenter; including bottom line management, workflow, performancemanagement, and quality assurance resolution. The OperationsManager must be able to meet goals and make sure that all vehiclespurchased at auction meet our standards and are able to come withthe 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty we supply our customers before theyare sent to our retail stores for final sale.
Inlong, the Reconditioning Center Operations Manager is responsiblefor :
- Ensure the dealerships areconstantly supplied with a sufficient variety of high qualityvehicles to meet their sales demand.
- Achievebottom line management objectives through the effective managementof the Reconditioning Center team, operating expenses, efficiency,quality, and productivity.
- Work with regionalmanagement and buyer team to establish supply chaingoals.
- Complete recruiting, screening, andhiring of the Reconditioning Center team members using methodsdesigned to reduce turnover and improveperformance.
- Hold regularly scheduled meetingswith all Reconditioning Center staff.
- EnsureTeam Leads are effectively training and developing their directreports.
- Evaluate Reconditioning Center teamperformance and give feedback constantly, regularly, and in atimely manner based on both observations of performance, behavior,and a review of performance statistics.
- Assistin the completion and conduct of performanceevaluations.
