We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Centralized Title Group team at DriveTime. This role is responsible for reviewing vehicle titles to ensure compliance with state guidelines and underwriting all titles from multiple acquisition platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply underwriting guidelines to ensure title and supporting documents adhere to multi-state rules for title acceptance.
- Partner with acquisition platforms, DMVs, vendors, and dealerships to identify and resolve title encumbrances.
- Audit and maintain the integrity of title movement through systematic updates.
- Secure and maintain title and supporting documentation to guarantee timely distribution.
- Utilize Excel-based applications and multiple databases for daily workflow.
- Meet daily production expectations while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Prior Titles experience or a role requiring high attention to detail preferred.
- Ability to work on site at our Operations Center with availability weekdays from 7am-4pm.
