Job Summary
DriveTime is seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Repair Technician Specialist to join our team. As an essential member of our team, you will be responsible for performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on multiple makes and models of DriveTime inventory vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and diagnose vehicle problems to determine the necessary repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Explain complex technical information to non-technical staff and customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including repair orders and customer communication.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; Certificate or Associates degree in automotive technology or work experience equivalent (3 years or more) in automotive repair.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
